ABOUT OUR PASTOR, DR. STEVEN L. SMITH
Dr. Steven L. Smith has spent his entire adult life teaching and preaching the authority of the
Bible, researching and doing archaeological work in Israel, and serving in ministry. Upon
graduation from seminary in 1988 he planted a church in South Carolina. He has also pastored a
church in northern Indiana and now serves as the Pastor at Unity Baptist Church in
Morgantown, IN. With a PhD in higher education and a Doctor of Ministry, he served as the
Dean of Indiana Baptist Seminary training pastors for 5 years. He lives with his beautiful wife in
his hometown of Morgantown.
